GES Transportation+ is available for non-local shipments of 5,000 lbs. or less.
Highlights a shift in measurement for calculating material handling from per hundredweight to pounds. Exhibitors can easily calculate material handling costs by multiplying the weight of their shipment by one of two rates, standard or non-standard, or a flat rate if their shipment is less than 25 lbs. Ship direct-to-show or to the advance warehouse at no additional cost.
Packages offer a fixed cost for exhibitors and are designed to fit a variety of budgets. Non-electrical, lighting, and rotating motor sign packages incorporate labor, equipment, materials, and electricity (package based up to 15 amps) needed to hang a sign above an exhibit.
A simplification to three rates: discount, regular, and show-site and package pricing that includes an outlet, materials, and labor. 120V or 280V outlet packages include materials and floor work labor. Hook-up labor is included for 208V outlets and higher.
