The California Consumer Privacy Act

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants California residents certain rights regarding their personal information. If these rights apply to you, you can exercise them by filling out the form below. We are only able to process requests if the personal information you provide below matches data in our systems and following a legally required identity verification process for certain types of requests.

Under the CCPA, California residents have the right to opt-out of activities that are classified as “sale” and/or “sharing.” Please note that there are distinct instructions for opting out of cookie PI and non-cookie PI, which we explain further, below. This is because we have to use different technologies to apply your opt-out of cookie PI and to non-cookie PI. To opt-out with respect to personal information collected by cookies and other tracking technologies, you must make a separate request using our cookie consent tool, the “Consent Management Platform (CMP)”.

To exercise a Do Not Sell/Share request, with respect to non-cookie PI (e.g., email address), you can make a request now by using the Webform below (or using the other methods described in our State Privacy Notice.
