Preparation is key, and that’s why we plan ahead of the event to ensure our electrical team can get to work from the get-go for easy power distribution.

Every show is supported by our friendly exhibitor-customer support staff. This team will be there for your exhibitors to make sure they are well cared for throughout the entire exhibiting process.

Our extensive range of stock is all LED, so low energy usage and completely reusable fittings. Let us take the weight off your shoulders with our event expert fitting team.

Our team can source the exact lighting requirements for each exhibitor stand. Any request is manageable, so if your exhibitor requires additional electrical equipment, we’re able to source it, and it’s more cost-effective, it’s a win-win. Equally, we’re able to provide you as an organiser with specialist lighting if it’s needed for any features.

With our friendly on-site staff at the support desk, they’ll be on hand to deal with any issues and enquiries during your event build to ensure the entire process runs as smoothly as possible.

For installation, we use a Smart Wire system which is a plug-and-play wiring system that is completely reusable.

When it comes to safety, we’re on top form to ensure everything is covered. To meet event requirements, all powered items must have a PAT certificate, which we’re able to do. However, if it’s one of our own fittings, it’ll come pre-PAT tested and ready to go.

We know that running electricity at a venue can be expensive, and you don’t want to put your exhibitors off by charging an extortionate amount to cover the overall usage. This is where we come in. We’re able to distribute just the required amount of electricity each exhibitor needs, therefore, only paying for their required amount, nothing more.

We have dedicated electricians on-call during show open periods to deal with any electrical issues and enquiries on the day, to avoid downtime so you can maximise your time at the show, with no problems.

Don’t stress about post-event disassembly. We have a process to ensure that not one thing goes to landfill. We’ll take care of recycling everything, from stands to graphics, right down to the floor covering.
