The GES Account Associate position is a unique full-time opportunity for recent college graduates to gain hands-on training and experience in all the key departments within GES. Established in 2014, it provides immersive onboarding, client interaction, and exposure to the business cycle from start to finish. Associates will get the authenticity of engaging and interacting with clients from site visits, planning meetings, and account management. After the first year, they are prepared for roles in business development and other areas within GES.
The Account Associate position was created to attract young talent to the exhibitions and events industry, providing the training needed to excel in managing and executing events. Developed by EVP Chuck Grouzard, the position partners with organizations like PCMA and IAEE for campus recruitment. Managed by SVP Bob Ryley and his team, it has successfully developed future industry leaders for over ten years.
Recent college graduates or individuals interested in an entry-level role in the exhibitions and events industry are encouraged to apply for the GES Account Associate Position. Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and natural multi-taskers who thrive in dynamic environments and work well with various personalities.
