Plexus Worldwide’s annual conference, BELIEVE, provides product education, business skills development and inspiration to a highly motivated and passionate team of 10,000+ sales ambassadors.

Plexus engaged GES to use the event as a platform to launch new branding and to introduce three new products, including a reformulation of their flagship health drink.

To maximize the opportunity, they needed to energize ambassadors with a whole new level of experience – in particular they were looking for ways to refresh the retail experience with high-impact branding and showcase activations for the three product launches.

GES transformed the entire show floor into an immersive retail experience – a uniquely aspirational context for ambassadors to explore their new brand and products in a 360°, multi-sensory branded environment.

To deliver the strongest impact for each of the three product launches, GES deployed a one-launch-per-day tactic to increase focus and drama on each new product activation and concentrate resources (staff and doctors) to engage with ambassadors.
