Why should you install a feature area at your exhibition?
A feature area gives your exhibitors and visitors the opportunity to get hands on with your brand, engaging them with your values and what you show stands for. Most organisers have a registration area feature; they’re often the first point of contact for visitors with an exhibition so it’s important to make a great first impression.
Visitors also like to engage with more than what the exhibitors have to offer. Seminar halls, arenas, bar areas… In our experience visitors are very receptive to “official” exhibition content, engaging in everything from Q&A sessions to being able to tag and like a feature on social media. Feature areas also offer you an opportunity to grow your margins by offering spaces to sell as sponsorship.
Feature areas are also good for keeping you in touch with your exhibitors on the show floor. Building an exhibitors only area for a quiet break away from the exhibition floor will also give you the opportunity to display sales materials, encouraging the all-important re-bookings for the next year.
