Why do you need audio visual?
AV can enhance a space through lighting, sound, video and graphics. A room can be transformed from a plain exhibition hall into an atmospheric stage set suitable for an A-List pop star, all through the technical wizardry of our AV team.
Let’s not get too carried away. Exhibitors will require plasmas, laptops and specific lighting for their stands. Those with larger stands may want projection on large walls for branding, logos or just a colour wash to highlight their space and make them stand out from others around them.
Some of your exhibition feature areas will require audio visual equipment. A conference or seminar area needs microphones, speakers, screens and projectors for your speakers to make themselves heard and their content visible to all attendees in the room during their sessions. A press conference will need roaming microphones in addition to this for journalists and guests who wish to ask questions.
Larger congresses and awards ceremonies will require full audio visual production set up including lighting to spotlight key speakers or winners, while also setting the scene around the room. Productions like this will require more sophisticated equipment with technical expertise for a smooth event.
