GES Innovative

At GES, we understand the power of innovative exhibition technologies and the increased level of convenience and service these products can provide. That’s why we are excited to introduce GESCORE ConnectSM, communicate the success of GES IntellikitSM, and share the benefits of newly acquired company ethnoMetrics Inc.

GESCORE Connect provides show organizers with online access into the planning and development of their exhibition. You can review, approve and annotate designs and graphics, exchange vital show information with your account manager, and review your budget and invoice. You can also access key exhibitor data such as order history, service inquiries and exhibitor manual shipping status, all from any computer with Web access.

GES Intellikit revolutionizes the way exhibitors order services and it’s exclusive to GES customers. We are proud to offer your exhibitors an innovative exhibitor manual that was selected as a finalist in the Adobe 2007 MAX Awards for its innovation, application of technology, brand building, and business impact and benefits.

“GES Intellikit transforms the way exhibitors learn about the exhibition and order services by replacing standard paper manuals with an intelligent, interactive, electronic manual,” said GES President & CEO Kevin Rabbitt.

GES Intellikit offers exhibitors an automated ordering process, which will enable them to place orders while viewing the kit on either their desktop or laptop computer. Once the interactive electronic orders are placed and sent to GES via the Internet or fax, they will be processed using bar-coded forms, eliminating the need for manual input. This automation will result in increased accuracy and faster turnaround times for exhibitors.

In November, GES acquired the ethnoMetrics business. “ethnoMetrics has revolutionized measurement and performance metrics for the exhibition industry and we are very happy to add its capabilities to our existing line of value-added products and services,” said GES President & CEO Kevin Rabbitt.

ethnoMetrics provides you and your exhibitors an independent, data-driven approach to improving return on investment, by using six-sigma techniques to analyze attendee behavior, including traffic patterns over the course of the event, use of common areas, and the level of engagement with exhibitry and booth staff. “We provide the fact basis for show organizers to make critical decisions and improve their shows,” said Founder and Vice President of ethnoMetrics Martin Smith.

Annually, GES makes multi-million dollar investments in cutting-edge products and services to provide greater service, convenience and value to you and your exhibitors.
