GES' Dedicated Account Teams are
Experts at Executing Medical Meetings
ASCRS 2006
The complex management of medical shows is nothing new for GES®. We successfully execute some of the most complex medical shows in the business. The GES team understands
the importance of medical research and case studies at medical conferences as well as the detailed focus required on the language and copy. GES’ dedicated account teams manage
each of these key critical pieces.
The Society of Critical Care Medicine recently made the change to GES resulting in a very successful show. “The transition was seamless, and GES did not miss a beat in the logistical planning of our show,” said Linda Stansberry, industry relations manager of the Society of Critical Care Medicine.
“The customer service from the GES account team was superb and their rate of responsiveness to our requests was a vast improvement over our previous contractor.”

Beyond the normal complexities of a medical show, GES had a greater challenge as a result of Hurricane Katrina. “The Society of Critical Care Medicine had to relocate the show in three months,” said Stansberry. “GES really excelled and did what was necessary to get everything from the floor plan to the service manual to new signage produced in record time.”
But GES’ focus on customer service and creative design was the key difference. “The customer service from the GES account team was superb and their rate of responsiveness to our requests was a vast improvement over our previous contractor,” continued Stansberry. “The creative design of the signage and overall look of the show was cutting edge.”
“GES takes great pride in producing all types of medical shows,” said Chuck Grouzard, GES’ vice president of national sales. “Whether the medical show is in a hotel or an annual session held in a convention center, the GES team is experienced in the execution of all sizes and scopes of medical shows.”
GES is the partner with the expertise to manage the multiple elements which make up
a successful medical show. From exhibit halls to general sessions, to education breakouts and poster sessions, GES provides a creative design that is cohesive
and seamless.
