What is Intellikit
GES IntellikitSM is our revolutionary digital exhibitor services manual that simplifies the ordering process for all GES products and services. GES IntellikitSM helps you budget and keep track of orders while spending less time filling out forms. This technology was developed to assist in preparation, so everyone can focus on what’s really important – the show.

Using GES Intellikit
When you click the “GES Information and Order Forms” link above it will ask you to right-click on the the link instead and select Save Target As... This will save the file to your computer instead of attempting to open it over the Internet. It is recommended that you do the same with all the other links so they can all interact with each other as it if was one file. Unfortunately Acrobat doesn’t display any icon to show that it’s loading when you open it, so please wait a few minutes before taking any additional actions to open the file.

You will need a current version of Adobe Reader on your computer. You will need Adobe Reader 7.0.8 or greater to use GES IntellikitSM. If you do not have a newer version or need Adobe Reader, you can download it for FREE at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.

You do not need to print out any of the order forms and complete them by hand. You are able to type in all your information and orders on your computer and submit the final order electronically or by fax. If you are submitting your order electronically, then you will need to make sure that you do have an active connection to the Internet. If you do not have an Internet connection you can print out the order summary pages, including barcodes, to the dedicated order entry fax number provided.

Every order form will do the calculations for you to help you with your ordering process, and will give you accurate totals for budgeting purposes. You will receive a confirmation almost instantaneously once you have submitted your order. You can have your confirmation sent to you either by fax or by email. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, then please call GES National Servicenter® at 800.475.2098 to make sure we have received your order. Also make sure you have entered in your fax number or email address correctly when you made your submission.
